IT IS NOT CLEARLY KNOWN WHERE SHE MAY BE, BUT NORTH AND SOUTH PHILLY ARE THE PRIMARY AREAS BEING COVERED. SHE IS ORIGINALLY FROM 23rd AND JACKSON.
