I really want to know why it is black people cannot speak of our history & our current reality in public without with someone A) insisting we’re living in the past, B) acting like we exist to educate them, or C) getting angry that we’re not putting their feelings first. What the hell is wrong with you that you think every conversation ever is happening for you?
